How to get started with Telstra Mobile Worksuite

Choose your bundle
Choose one of these bundle options:

- BYO device
- Choose your device
Then add either Microsoft 365 Business Standard or Premium to your shopping cart.

Place your order
- Check your order summary.
- Confirm your existing Telstra business account details or create a new Telstra business account (incl your ABN/ACN and ID verification).
- Review and submit your order.

Read your welcome email
Once you submit your order, you’ll get a confirmation email that will outline next steps.
If you've purchased a device with your bundle, you’ll then receive your mobile, tablet and/or mobile broadband device in the mail at your chosen address.

Setup your software
When your order is complete you’ll receive an email with your new Microsoft 365 account details.

No. You can bring your own device on a BYO device bundle. See BYO device bundles.

You can only take up one Telstra Mobile Worksuite per device. Each device will need its own Telstra Mobile Worksuite device bundle to get the benefit of Telstra Mobile Worksuite.

Telstra Mobile Worksuite Support is a complementary 24/7 service included with your package to help you get setup and to keep you working. It is only available for products and services purchased as part of Telstra Mobile Worksuite and accessible to one user per Mobile Worksuite bundle.

Your monthly credit will be applied automatically to your business data plan bill when you stay connected. Your monthly credit will be applied from your first bill onwards.
Your monthly credit on the Microsoft 365 Business subscription will be removed if you cancel any of the eligible services under Telstra Mobile Worksuite or move them to a different account.

When you purchase Telstra Mobile Worksuite and maintain the eligible services on the same account, you’ll receive discounts as shown in the table below.
Your discount will be applied automatically and will appear on your bill as credit applied to your Business Data Plan service.

You can change your business data plan or Office 365 subscription (once a month) or cancel. If you cancel, you’ll receive a pro rata refund for your data plan and you’ll need to pay out the remaining cost of your devices, accessories or services.
If you cancel any of the Telstra Mobile Worksuite components, the Telstra Mobile Worksuite pricing will no longer apply to your Microsoft 365 Business subscription, you will not receive any further credits or discounts and you’ll no longer receive 24/7 support as part of Telstra Mobile Worksuite.

Changing your business data plan may change your monthly discount. All eligible services under Telstra Mobile Worksuite must be active under the same account, company name and ABN for you to receive your full monthly discount on all components of Telstra Mobile Worksuite.

- Telstra Mobile Worksuite: For the Telstra Mobile Worksuite offer, the Microsoft Surface Pro X, business data plan and Office 365 Business Premium/Microsoft 365 Business subscription must be registered under the same business name and ABN and must be active during the monthly billing period. 24/7 support is a complementary service included with Telstra Mobile Worksuite. The Telstra Mobile Worksuite month-to-month Office 365 Business Premium/Microsoft 365 Business subscription discount will be removed if you cancel any of the required eligible services. The Telstra Mobile Worksuite month-to-month price applies for your first Office 365 Business Premium/Microsoft 365 Business subscription. Additional subscriptions can be added at the standard price.
- 24/7 support: 24/7 support is only available for products and services purchased as part of Telstra Mobile Worksuite and only for one Telstra Mobile Worksuite user. The cost of any software/hardware is not included in the price of the service and you are responsible for any data charges. Tech assessments are not included. 24/7 support cannot be sold separately. Report and recommendations must not be relied upon as an alternative to advice from a qualified professional and you should ensure that you monitor your own practices and investigations.
- Month-to-month business data plans: Your month-to-month plan may change (including price and inclusions). With no lock-in, you can change your plan once a month or leave.. If you cancel, you’ll receive a pro rata refund for your data plan and you’ll need to pay out the remaining cost of your devices, accessories or services.
- No excess data charges in Australia: Once you exceed your included data allowance, your speed will be capped at 1.5Mbps, and slowed further in busy periods. This means it is not suitable for HD video or high speed applications and means that some webpages, videos, social media content and files may take longer to load, but you can still stream video in standard definition, listen to music, browse the web and access social media, even if the experience is slower sometimes.
- Device payment contract: You must have an eligible Telstra business data plan in order to have a device payment contract. If you cancel your device payment contract early, cancel your data plan during the device payment term or move to an ineligible data plan during the payment term, you'll need to pay out your device, in full.
